Sell every seat at your next workshop
Publish one page with your date, seats and prices. Early-bird pricing ends by itself, sales stop when you're full, and the money goes to your own account.
Free to start, including payments. On the free plan, a small fee on each sale will apply in future. Nothing is charged today, and we'll email you before it starts.

A simple way to price a workshop
- 1
Start with your real seat count
Materials and bench space usually decide it. Give each ticket type its own limit so they add up to the room.
- 2
Give early bookers a reason
Put a few seats on a lower price and pick the date sales stop. That ticket then closes without you touching it.
- 3
Use codes for your own people
A percent-off discount code suits past students and your email list, without lowering the public price.
- 4
Approve people if the room matters
For an application-style workshop, turn on approvals. A booking then waits for your yes before it's confirmed.
Your money stays yours
- Payments go straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account. OneSol never holds them.
- OneSol charges no fee today. You pay your provider's usual processing fees.
- On the free plan, a small fee on each sale will apply in future. Nothing is charged today, and we'll email you before it starts.
- Card details are entered on your payment provider's checkout page, so they never reach OneSol.
What it doesn't do yet
- No waitlist. When a ticket sells out, it stops selling.
- No check-in scanner. Use the guest list on your phone or a printed CSV at the door.
- Event booking asks only for a name, an email and guests. Use a form if you need more.
Common questions
- What does a student get after booking?
- A confirmation email with the date, place and a calendar file. You get an email about the booking as well.
- Can I offer different prices at once?
- Yes. Each ticket type has its own price, seat limit and sales dates, such as Early bird and Regular.
- Does OneSol take a percentage of ticket sales?
- Not today. Payments go straight to your own account, and you pay only your provider's usual fees. On the free plan, a small fee on each sale will apply in future, and we'll email you before it starts.
