Registration and payment for CPR classes

Certification classes need more than a name and an email. Ask for what you need on the roster, let students choose a course, and take payment in the same form.

Free to start, including payments. On the free plan, a small fee on each sale will apply in future. Nothing is charged today, and we'll email you before it starts.

What a CPR registration form usually asks

  1. 1

    Who is coming

Full name as it should appear on the card, email, phone, and employer if their job is paying.

  2. 2

    Which course

Add a choice for the course and class date, such as BLS, Heartsaver or a renewal. Describe it in a sentence and the AI builder drafts the questions for you to edit.

  3. 3

    Proof, where you need it

Add a file upload for a current card on renewals, and a signature field for your class policy.

  4. 4

    Payment last

The student finishes the form and pays through your own Stripe or PayPal account. Their answers land in your dashboard.

Your money stays yours

  • Payments go straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account. OneSol never holds them.
  • OneSol charges no fee today. You pay your provider's usual processing fees.
  • On the free plan, a small fee on each sale will apply in future. Nothing is charged today, and we'll email you before it starts.
  • Card details are entered on your payment provider's checkout page, so they never reach OneSol.

What it doesn't do yet

  • OneSol doesn't issue certification cards or report completions to the American Heart Association or the Red Cross.
  • A form has no seat limit. If you need one, use an event page, which asks only for a name, an email and guests.
  • No group invoicing for employers paying for several staff.

Common questions

Should I use a form or an event page?
Use a form when you need details for the roster or the card. Use an event page when a name and email are enough and you want booking to close at a set number of seats.
Can I embed it on my existing website?
Yes. A form can sit inside a page on your site, so students register without leaving it.
Can I export my roster?
Yes. Form responses and event guest lists can both be exported to a spreadsheet.
