Terms of Service

Welcome to OneSol (“OneSol”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website onesol.io and the related link-in-bio, storefront, forms, events, inbox and social publishing tools (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

OneSol lets creators build a storefront and link-in-bio page, sell digital products and events, collect customers, and connect their social accounts to publish, schedule and reply to content from one dashboard. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use OneSol.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us promptly at support@onesol.io if you suspect unauthorized use.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a platform (such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or X), you authorize OneSol to access and act on your account only as needed to provide the features you use — for example reading your profile and comments, and publishing or replying to content that you initiate. You remain responsible for everything posted from your connected accounts through OneSol, and for complying with each platform’s own terms and policies. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Social page, which revokes OneSol’s access.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use OneSol for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive.
• Don’t post spam, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don’t violate the terms of any social platform you connect.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create, upload or publish through OneSol. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that content only to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you post, and for how it complies with applicable laws and platform rules.

Payments

Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of your products, prices, taxes and fulfillment. Any subscription fees for OneSol are described at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (social platforms, Stripe, email and hosting providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Termination

You may stop using OneSol and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm OneSol, other users, or third parties. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@onesol.io.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSol is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
