OneSol
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information OneSol collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 15 September 2026
OneSol (“OneSol”, “we”, “us”) operates the website onesol.io and the related link-in-bio, storefront, forms, events and social tools (the “Service”). We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to run the Service for you. By using OneSol you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, username, password (stored hashed) and profile details you provide.
- Content you create — pages, forms, products, events, listings and any responses or orders collected through your OneSol page.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we keep only the limited payment metadata needed to show your orders and revenue.
- Connected social accounts — when you connect a platform (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X) we receive the data you authorize, such as your profile/handle, follower count, and comments or messages, so we can display them and let you reply from your OneSol inbox.
- Messages — messages you send to other OneSol users, and your conversations with our support team (including the chat on our website). Authorized OneSol staff can read these conversations to answer your support requests, look into reports, and keep the Service safe — for example to stop spam, scams or abuse.
- Usage data — basic analytics such as page views and device/browser information, used to keep the Service reliable and to show you your own performance stats.
- Session activity — we use Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are used: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and the pages visited, replayed as an anonymous session so we can find what is confusing or broken. Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default, and we do not use these recordings to identify you.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service and your account.
- To process payments and show you your orders, customers and revenue.
- To display your connected socials and let you read and reply to your inbox.
- To send you important service and account emails (via our email provider, Resend).
- To answer your support messages and chats.
- To detect, prevent and address abuse, fraud or security issues — including, where needed, reviewing messages between users.
Google & YouTube API data
When you connect YouTube, OneSol uses Google APIs (including the YouTube Data API) only to read your channel information and comments and to post replies that you choose to send from your inbox. OneSol’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as needed to operate the feature you requested.
You can revoke OneSol’s access at any time by disconnecting the account inside the app or through your Google security settings. Your use of YouTube is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Sharing & third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us run OneSol — for example Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, Resend (email), and the social platforms you connect. Each processes your data under its own privacy terms.
How we protect & store data
- Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted before they are stored.
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS, and access is limited to your account and to authorized OneSol staff who need it to run and protect the Service.
- We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
Your choices & rights
- Access, update or correct your information from your account settings.
- Disconnect any social account at any time from the Social page.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@onesol.io.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure, and basic analytics to understand usage. Microsoft Clarity sets its own cookies to tie the pages of one visit into a single session replay — see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Advertising
Some of our articles and guides show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google’s Ads Settings, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services in Google’s partner-sites policy. Ads never appear on creators’ pages, forms, checkout or your dashboard.
Children
OneSol is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
