How to set up lesson booking

  1. 1

    Create an appointment product

Name the lesson, set the price, and write who it's for, such as beginners or kids over eight.

  2. 2

    Set your teaching hours

Choose your days, your start and end times, a lesson length from 15 minutes to 2 hours, and how far ahead students can book, up to 90 days.

  3. 3

    Offer each length separately

A 30-minute and a 60-minute lesson are two products, each with its own price.

  4. 4

    Share your link

Students see only times that are still free. Once a time is booked, nobody else can take it.

Your money stays yours

  • Payments go straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account. OneSol never holds them.
  • OneSol charges no fee today. You pay your provider's usual processing fees.
  • On the free plan, a small fee on each sale will apply in future. Nothing is charged today, and we'll email you before it starts.
  • Card details are entered on your payment provider's checkout page, so they never reach OneSol.

What it doesn't do yet

  • It doesn't sync with Google Calendar, so a personal appointment won't block a lesson time.
  • Times show as you set them and aren't converted to the student's timezone. Name your timezone clearly for online students.
  • No recurring weekly slot. A student books each lesson separately.

Common questions

Can two products share one calendar?
No. Each lesson product tracks its own bookings, so a 30-minute and a 60-minute lesson could be booked at the same time. Give them different hours to avoid that.
Can parents book for their children?
Yes. The booking is made under whatever name and email the parent enters.
Do I need a website?
No. Your OneSol page is the link you share. If you already have a website, link to it from there.
