How to set it up for a group class and 1:1 training

  1. 1

    Group sessions: use an event

    Set the spot limit to the number of people you can coach properly. Booking closes by itself when you hit it.

  2. 2

    1:1 training: use appointment slots

    Set your working days, your hours and a session length. Clients choose a free time and pay, and a booked time can't be taken twice.

  3. 3

    Monthly clients: sell a membership

    A membership product bills them every month through your own payment account.

  4. 4

    Waivers: use a form

    Build a form with health questions and a signature field, then send the link to new clients before their first session.

Your money stays yours

  • Payments go straight into your own Stripe or PayPal account. OneSol never holds them.
  • OneSol charges no fee today. You pay your provider's usual processing fees.
  • On the free plan, a small fee on each sale will apply in future. Nothing is charged today, and we'll email you before it starts.
  • Card details are entered on your payment provider's checkout page, so they never reach OneSol.

What it doesn't do yet

  • A waiver is a separate form. It can't be required as a step inside event booking.
  • A membership doesn't automatically let someone into classes. You'd check your member list yourself.
  • No waitlist. When a session is full, booking simply closes.

Common questions

Is a signed form a legally valid waiver?
OneSol collects the signature, but we can't tell you whether your wording holds up where you live. Ask a local lawyer to check it.
Can I see who has booked before the session?
Yes. Each event has a guest list in your dashboard, and you get an email for every new booking. You can also export the list to CSV.
What does it cost me?
Nothing to start, including paid sessions. Stripe or PayPal charge their usual processing fees. On the free plan, a small OneSol fee on each sale will apply in future, and we'll email you before it starts.
