Most launch problems aren't dramatic. Nobody forgets to make the product. They forget the small connective things — a working link, a tested checkout, a plan for who hears first — and those are what quietly sink the day.
You don't need a project plan. You need to have actually checked the handful of things that break launches.
Before you announce
- Buy your own product, all the way through, on your phone. Fix whatever annoyed you.
- Confirm the money lands where it should and you get notified when a sale happens.
- Write the thank-you the buyer sees and gets emailed — it's part of the product, not an afterthought.
- Line up the first push: who you tell, in what order, with the link ready to paste.
On the day
Announce it more than once — the people who'd happily buy mostly missed your first post, not rejected it. Reshare, answer questions in public, and don't mistake a quiet first hour for a failure. Launches build.
