The honest limits, since you will find them anyway: this is not a pixel-level design tool, there is no app store, and there is no one-click import from WordPress or Wix. If you want to position every element yourself, Squarespace and Wix are better at that and cost more. Yes — Pro is $9/month and the first month is $1, or $91.8 a year, which works out at $7.65 a month. That covers the site, your own domain, the store, forms, events and bookings, and the payment connections. There is no commission on sales on any plan and no separate transaction fee from us.
What does 'a developer assigned to your account' actually mean?+
It means a person, not a help article. They build your design around your business rather than leaving you to adapt a template, and they set up your first form with you. It is the part of this that other builders at this price do not offer, and it is the honest reason to choose it over a cheaper DIY plan elsewhere.
How do I connect my own domain?+
Add a CNAME record at your registrar pointing to onesol.io (or an A record to our server), then email support@onesol.io with the domain. We attach it to your site and issue the HTTPS certificate, usually within 24 hours. It is handled by a person rather than being instant and self-serve — worth knowing before you plan a launch hour.
Is this a website builder or a link in bio?+
Both, and it started as the second. You can build a one-page link in bio in a few minutes, or a multi-page site with its own domain, a shop and booking — the same editor builds either. If all you need is one link for your Instagram bio, the free plan does that and you do not need this page.
How does it compare to Wix or Squarespace?+
They are bigger products with far more design control, app stores and years of templates, and if you want to lay out a page pixel by pixel they will suit you better. The trade is price and commerce: this is $9 a month with a developer building the design for you, your own payment account, and no cut taken from sales.
