The thank-you page you forgot to use

The moment right after someone buys is your warmest audience of the day. Most creators waste it on a bare 'payment received'.

A folded product laid out with flowers

The page a buyer lands on right after paying is the most attentive they will ever be. They're relieved, curious, and still holding their card. And most thank-you pages answer that with a grey 'transaction complete' — a wasted moment if ever there was one.

What it should do

  • Confirm clearly what they bought and when it arrives, so no anxiety creeps in.
  • Offer the obvious next step — a related product, a discount on the second one, a reason to come back.
  • Ask for one small thing: a follow, a reply, a share. They'll never be more willing.

It's part of the product

A warm, useful thank-you page turns a one-time buyer into someone who trusts you. That trust is what makes the second sale easy — and the second sale is where the real money is.
