The link in your bio is the single most valuable piece of real estate you own online. Every platform gives you one, and everything you make money from sits behind it. Most creators waste it on a wall of twenty buttons that all compete for the same tap.
A link page is not a sitemap. It is a doorway. The job is to get the right person to the one thing you actually want them to do today, not to prove how many things you offer.
One primary action, then the rest
Decide what the top of the page is for before you add anything else. If you are launching, it is the launch. If you sell one product, it is that product. Everything below it is a supporting cast, not a second lead.
- Put the thing you most want tapped first, and make it look different from everything under it.
- Group the rest — shop, socials, contact — so the eye can skip what it does not need.
- Kill any link you have not sent someone to in a month. It is only diluting the ones that matter.
Change what's behind it, not the link
The point of owning the page is that the link on your profile never has to change. You swap the product, run the promo, retire the launch — the address people saved stays the same. That is worth more than any single button on it.
