From DM to sale without leaving the chat

Some of your warmest buyers are already in your inbox. The trick is not making them leave it to pay.

Two people in conversation

A DM asking 'how much?' is about as warm as a lead gets. The person sought you out, opened a conversation, and is holding their attention on you right now. And the usual response — 'check the link in my bio' — sends that attention away to go hunting.

Every step you add between the question and the purchase is a chance for the moment to cool. The goal is to close the loop while they're still in it.

Keep it moving

  • Answer the question directly — say the price, don't make them dig for it.
  • Send the exact link — straight to the product they asked about, not your homepage.
  • Make that link take payment — so 'how much?' and 'done' happen in the same conversation.

Be quick, then be human

Speed matters here more than polish — a fast, friendly reply while they're still typing beats a perfect one an hour later. Answer like a person, point them at the thing, and let the page do the rest.

Run all of this from one link.
