Plan a month of content in a single focused day

Deciding what to post every day is the real drain, not the posting itself. Do all the deciding at once, and the rest of the month gets quiet and easy.

A team's laptops and hands gathered around a table planning work

The exhausting part of content is not making it. It is the daily negotiation with yourself about what to make, which happens every single day and drains the energy you needed for the actual work.

The fix is to do all of that deciding at once. One focused session can produce a month of decisions, and after that the month feels almost effortless because there is nothing left to figure out.

Separate deciding from making

Planning and creating use different parts of your brain and fight each other when mixed. A planning day is only for deciding — what topics, what order, what each post is roughly about — and nothing gets polished yet.

This separation is what makes a month-in-a-day possible. You are not writing thirty posts; you are making thirty decisions, which is far faster and far less draining.

The planning-day flow

A single afternoon, done in this order, gets you a full month.

  • List your three or four pillars at the top of the page.
  • Brain-dump every idea you have under them, badly and quickly.
  • Assign ideas to your posting slots for the month.
  • Write just the hook and the core point for each — not the whole post.
  • Mark which posts point to your offer or your list.

Then batch the making, separately

With the month decided, creating becomes assembly. You can now batch a week of posts in one sitting because every hard choice is already made — you are just filling in shapes that already exist.

This is also where a month reveals its own balance. Seeing all the slots at once, you can spot that you planned zero proof posts, or five sales pitches in a row, and fix it before anyone sees it.

Point the month at one place

A month of planned content should not scatter people across a dozen destinations. Decide once where the calls to action lead, and keep it fixed while the posts change around it.

One link does that job for the whole month. Set it up free at onesol.io, and every post you planned in a day sends people to the same steady, well-made page.
